Introducing The Spine Health Centre

When managing spine and/or joint problems, the aftercare plan is important,

which of course includes health and lifestyle changes.  The quality and effectiveness of aftercare can make the difference between having your problem resolved for a long period of time or have it return in a short period of time..

“The doctor of the future will give less medicine, but interest the patient in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease” Thomas Edison
